The building where the apartment is was built in the 19th century, and has recently been completely reformed respecting the original design of the spaces. The modern comforts that have been incorporated blend in perfectly with the charm of the antique fittings- The most recent reform was in 2007. Situated in Carrer de la Barca, where the morning light shines into the main bedroom with the living area at the other end of the apartment receives the afternoon light that enters on the side of the River Onyar.
