In order to guarantee your comfort and maintenance of the facilities, the reservation of this apartment entails the payment of a deposit. This deposit will be returned within 48 hours following the client's departure, once the apartment is checked.
Supplement for cleaning and laundry: The apartment is delivered with bed linen and towels and cleaning is carried out by the company. For this reason we add a supplement for cleaning and laundry at the price of the apartment reservation.
Office timetable: from 10-14h/16h-20h.At the office they will make the check in, they will pay and they will receive the keys.
Check in timetable: The check in is from 13h-14h and from 16h-20h.
Check out timetable: The check out is from 10h-11h.

Check out later: We also do late check outs until 18:30 for an extra charge of 25€, if the apartment is available.
No show: The client who doesn´t answer to our calls, messages or e-mails on the check in day until 00h and who does not let us know his arrival time, all these represent an no show.
