Briu has three double bedrooms, two with double bed and one with a bunk bed. The living room and dining room look out on and have access to the terrace and pool. The dining room has space for eight people. There are two complete bathrooms one with bath and the other wioth shower, and a shower on the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The surface area of the house is 125 square metres distributed on two floors, suitable for up to six people. The parcel of land is 250 square metres. On the upper floor there is one bedroom and a bathroom. All the rooms have external aspects and afford plenty of light and sun.
The house has a terrace with a table for six people, a private swimming pool of 6x3 and a barbecue.

Briu is situated in the neighbourhood of Riells de Dalt, 700 metres from the beach of Riells and 2,800 metres from the beach at Cala Montgó. It is a quiet residential area. The house faces south and is very sunny. 700 metres south you reach the municipality of Torroella de Montgrí where you can find different paths ideal for walking or cycling in the middle of the Mediterranean countryside.
By Riells beach there are shops, supermarkets, bakeries bars and restaurants. The centre of L’Escala is 2.000 metres away.
